What is matchbox.game ?
matchbox.game is Qatar’s largest online platform for Sports Venues. We offer a large selection of venues where you can book your preferred time slots to play your favourite game. It’s as easy as: Click > Book > Play :)
What courts can I choose from ?
matchbox.game offers the largest selection of bookable sports venues in Qatar. We currently have more than 60 grounds spread across 10 venues in 3 cities listed. And our team is continuously at work to get all your favourite venues onboarded!
Is my booking confirmed immediately ?
All bookings are confirmed directly by the respective venues. As soon as you make a booking, a MATCHBOX Representative is assigned to follow-up with the Venue to speed up the confirmation process. You will be notified via WhatsApp/Call once your Booking is confirmed.
I have made my booking, now what ?
You can view the status of all your bookings on the “My Bookings” tab.
How can I pay for my booking ?
All our venues offer "Pay at Venue" option. Online payment will be available in our soon to be launched awesome mobile app.
Something has come up, can I cancel my booking ?
Cancellation Policies are governed by each Venue. However, We know that plans change last minute so you can get in touch with us and we will take care of it!
I want to book regular timeslots at a Venue, can I book at once ?
If you have a fixed schedule, you can get in touch with MATCHBOX via Call / Whatsapp . We will process your booking request on your behalf.
My booking is confirmed, I wanna share the details with my team, what do I do ?
Simple ! Go to my bookings, open your booking ticket and click “Inform your Squad”. Your team will be able to view the booking ticket with all the details including the location tag.
